Terms of Service
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use DickTacToe, 19 in Alabama and Nebraska, and 21 in Mississippi. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: impersonate anyone or misrepresent your age, identity, or intentions; post content that is sexually exploitative of minors, non-consensual, hateful, harassing, or threatens violence; solicit money, spam, or scam other users; use the app if you are required to register as a sex offender where such use is prohibited; or attempt to bypass the age gate, block list, or moderation systems.
4. Reporting and moderation
Every profile and chat has a Block and Report option. We review reports and may remove content, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion and without prior notice.
5. Content
You keep ownership of the photos, bio, and messages you post, but grant us a license to store and display them within the app to the people you match with. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.
6. Account termination
You can delete your account any time from Me, then Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
7. Disclaimers
DickTacToe is provided as is. We do not verify the real-world identity, intentions, or safety of other users beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy. Meeting people from the internet carries inherent risk. Use good judgment, meet in public first, and tell a friend where you are going.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuper Bank is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California; you are not required to arbitrate.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
